In this case, the Schnell Home solution ensured high energy efficiency, improving the internal thermal comfort and making significant savings in consumption.
In addition, the use of single insulating panels as partitions and floors has shown a greater speed of construction compared to the traditional construction method.
The prefabricated sandwich panels used for the construction of the 25 exclusive apartments of the Atlantic Residences were supplied by our Venezuelan customer CONCRECASA and were made with the AP 120M panels assembling machine.
The AP 120 panel machine produces prefabricated sandwich panels composed of a polystyrene core and two electro-welded mesh; in this way it is possible to produce all types of insulating panels for the construction: single sandwich panel, double sandwich panel and floor panel of different thicknesses, ideal for the construction of residential, commercial and prefabricated industrial buildings.
