Robot APPS
Automatic robot able to pick straight bars or stirrups of variable shape and size directly from the stirrup bender and to pack them in predefined zones in a circumscribed working area.
The use of the APPS Robot guarantees constant production during the entire working cycle and therefore a significant increase in productivity up to 20-30% more than the manual use of the stirrup bender.
APPS can be equipped with unloading trolleys, allowing the production of stirrups without ever stopping: while the operator unloads the first collection trolley, APPS continues to unload the stirrups on the second trolley, guaranteeing continuity of production and a further increase in productivity.
APPS also ensures greater safety and lower risks due to no operator action on the stirrup bender.
