Without any set up downtime, Versa Line can automatically change:
- The external panel dimensions,
- The pitch of line wires,
- The pitch of cross wires,
- The diameter of both line and cross wires.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PLANT:
- Line wires and cross wires fed by pre-cut bars or from coil;
- Working speed up to 120 strokes/minute;
- Possibility to weld cross wires on the top and on the bottom of line wires;
- Possibility to bend inline.
