Schnell Home has a wide range of
machines for the production of 3D sandwich panels useful for the construction of a
modular home to be completed on site.
Each Schnell machine operates on different production phases of the insulated precast panel:

ARMABLOCK, machine used to reinforce the polystyrene insert (EPS) of the Reinforced Thermal Block;

polystyrene blocks in sheets of different thicknesses and shapes, useful for the production of

electro welded mesh supplied by bars and coils. The electro-welded mesh produced are used for the production of
precast sandwich panels;

AP 120 M, machine for the
assembly of the polystyrene sheet (EPS) shaped to two external electro-welded mesh.

AP 120 CA/E, completely automatic electric machine for the assembling of
precast sandwich panels.

TJI 3200, a robotic system for the production of
precast sandwich panels made up of one or more assembling machines that working side by side fed by a robot that loads the produced mesh and the polystyrene sheets that have already been cut.

electro-welded mesh bending and cutting, for the production of U, L, Z-shaped mesh and
sandwich panels.
