In addition to the production of stirrups and cut-to-size bars, Schnell bar cutting machines and bar shaping machines produce shaped wires and shapes with bends on both ends. This solution avoids the separation between the bars cutting and shaping phases, traditionally made on two different machines with higher costs and logistic problems. Schnell bar shaping machines for the reinforcement processing allows producing stirrups and cut-to-size bars using wires from Ø 6 to Ø 32 mm.
