Integrated wire processing plant for precast to produce, deliver and compose reinforcement directly on the pallets of a carousel plant for concrete elements.
Rebar Hub produces precast double-slab walls and, thanks to its high level of automation, enables high production output with reduced cycle times and high-quality final products. All heavy-duty operations are left to the machines operating without constant supervision or operator.
Although this reinforcement hub can assume many configurations, it is mainly composed by:
- a flexible multi-rotor straightening machine;
- a lattice girder welding machine;
- buffering systems;
- handling robots.
