ORGANISATION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001

Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced the administrative liability of organisations (legal persons, companies, associations, including those without legal personality, etc.) arising from the commission of certain offences, in the interest or to the advantage of those organisations.

AWM Srl has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model ex Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 (MOGC ex 231) as it is aware that this system, which is voluntary in nature, represents an opportunity to strengthen its governance culture, to spread transparency and integrity, and to consolidate lawfulness and fairness in the conduct of business activities.

This is why, since 2023, the Company has adopted a MOGC ex 231 aimed at preventing the commission, by all those who work for the Company, of the offences contemplated by the law.

This Model has its cornerstone in the CODE OF ETHICS, PERSONNEL REGULATION AND SANCTIONS SYSTEM.
