Plant for the production of 3D reinforcement cages starting from electrowelded mesh working with wires from coil.

Synthesis efficiently embeds wire straightening, mesh welding, bending, and cage assembly in a single machine, ultimately combining flexibility of shapes, spacings and diameters with a high output.
With Synthesis technology, customers dealing with large 3D reinforcement such as cages for infrastructure columns, walls and beams (railways, bridges, ports, highways etc.) can reach the final step of automation.
