Over the past few years, we have researched and studied technologically advanced, highly automated solutions with artificial intelligence that have led to the UN.O. .programme: UNmanned Operation Program.
Since 1989, when we became the first company in the industry to adopt servomotors in our machines, we have always looked for advanced technological solutions that could reinvent traditional processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
The APOLLO IoT platform is just the latest of our innovations: it enables real-time monitoring of machine operation, improved productivity and consumption optimisation - all in a single, easy-to-use platform and data analysis.
Thanks to constant innovation and the application of new technologies, we have reached our goal: the fully automatic factory, where a few employees supervise the work of truly AUTOMATIC machines.
At Stand A46 in Hall 17, you will see at work:
- COLDRIVE MO UN.O. : The newcomer to the Unmanned family: a cold-drawing plant that, thanks to the integration of a mass sensor and motorised cassettes, monitors the wire section produced to keep the drawing diameter always within the tolerance standards set by the operator.
- COMBIDRIVE MO UN.O.: Straightening module equipped with a rotary cut for the production of straight and ribbed bars at very high speed directly from the rod.
- OPERA 16 3D: Stirrup and shaping machine from coil with disc bending system for the production of both two- and three-dimensional stirrups and shapes with bends at both ends using bars up to Ø 16 mm.
- RI 4 ML e RI 8 AL: Automatic rotor straightening machines for processing a wide range of smooth wires for the industrial sector from Ø 1.5mm up to Ø 8mm.
The motorised ledge (patented) allows the operator to set different lengths to be cut sequentially on the PC without ever stopping the machine.
It is the ideal solution for frequent length changes as it eliminates machine downtimes forever.
- FLEXIWELD: Flexible mesh welding plant for the production of tailor-made bespoke mesh from coil.
Flexiweld is particularly suitable to produce mesh for flat precast elements such as walls and slabs, mesh with holes and openings for doors and windows.

- PREFABRICATED PANELS: The building system produced using Schnell Home technology continues to gain success in many countries thanks to its high qualities in terms of insulation and lightness, as well as its low cost and ease of installation.
