Information on the processing of personal data (Art. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)

SCHNELL SPA, as Holder of your personal data, pursuant to the statute. 30 June 2003 n. 196 ('code concerning the protection of personal data'), hereinafter 'Privacy Code', hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that such treatment will be based on principles of fairness, legality, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. 
Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the laws of the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations provided therein. 

Purpose of personal data processing: 

In particular, your data will be processed for purposes related to the implementation of the following fulfillments relating to legislative or contractual obligations:  
• Obligatory fulfillments for law on taxation and accounting; 
• Accounting management or treasury; 
• obligations provided by law; 
• After-sales service; 
• Historical customers invoicing; 
• Suppliers management; 
• Orders history. 
The processing of the functional data for the accomplishment of such obligations is necessary for a proper management of the relationship and their contribution is required to implement the above-mentioned purposes. The Holder makes known, moreover, that any failure to communicate or incorrect communication of the obligatory information, may cause the inability of the Holder to guarantee the congruity of the treatment itself.  

Processing methods: 

Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:  
• Processing by means of electronic computers; 
• Manual processing through paper files. 
All processing take place in compliance with conditions of Articles. 11, 31 and following of the Privacy Code and through the adoption of the minimum security measures established by disciplinary regulations (Annex B). 

Notice: 

Your data will be stored at our head office and will be released only to those responsible for the performance of services necessary for the proper management of the employment relationship with the guarantee of protection of rights. 
Your data will be processed only by persons authorized by the Holder and, in particular, by the following subjects in charge: 
• Account Department; 
• Purchasing Department; 
• Customer Service Department; 
• Marketing Department. 
Your data may be shared with third parties, in particular to: 
• Banks and credit institutions. 

Disclosure of personal data:

You have the right to obtain from the responsible the cancellation, communication, updating, rectification, integration of your personal data, and generally may exercise all rights under article 7 of the Privacy Code hereinafter in copy. 

Legislative Decree no.196 / 2003 Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights 

1. The subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible way. 

2. The subject has the right to obtain information on: 
_a) origin of personal data; 
_b) purposes and methods of personal data processing; 
_c) logic applied in case of processing by the help of electronic means; 
_d) identity of the holder, the responsible and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; 
_e) subjects or categories of persons to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative within the state, responsible or appointees. 

3. The subject has the right to obtain: 
_a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; 
_b) cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that don’t need to be kept for the purposes for which data were collected or subsequently processed; 
_c) the declaration that the operations in points a) and b) have been notified, also as regards to their contents, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means disproportionate to the protected right. 

4. The subject has the right to oppose fully or in part: 
_a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of his personal data, although pertinent to the purpose of the collection; 
_b) to the processing of his personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct marketing or for carrying out market research or business communications.
