The Laser Scanner is a safety device that can be installed on Schnell machines to continuously monitor the area surrounding the equipment and detect the presence of personnel.
If an operator approaches the bending tools or other designated danger zones, the system automatically intervenes by slowing down or stopping the production process.
The Laser Scanner ensures a safe working environment while keeping the entire plant efficient and productive.
Robot APPS
Robot APPS is an automatic robot that collects straight bars or stirrups of various shapes and sizes directly from the stirrup bender, neatly stacking and packing them, increasing productivity by up to 30%.
Thanks to advanced automation and innovative sensors, Robot APPS simplifies the operator’s work, enhances overall efficiency, and ensures a high level of safety by eliminating the need for intervention in “hazardous areas”.
