The industry is changing, and the demand for engineered mesh is constantly growing. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly improve our products to meet the needs of an ever-changing market.
Producing electro-welded mesh of different sizes with a traditional machine means stopping production to reconfigure the machine, with very long set-up times and consequent loss of productivity; at the same time, adding a machine dedicated to the production of a mesh of different sizes involves higher costs and consequent problems of logistics and space in the factory.
It is important to have a solution that allows you to produce both standard and engineered mesh by changing formats flexibly and efficiently!

Maximum flexibility
Size changeover without adjustment allows automatic and continuous production of different mesh sizes without stopping the machine and wasting time, drastically reducing downtime and optimising productivity.
High productivity
Thanks to the Top & Bottom system, Versa Line produces panels with cross bars welded above or below the plane of the longitudinal bars; this avoids the need to turn the panels, making the plant more productive and the layout more compact.
Automated straightening
The big difference to conventional mains-operated systems is the introduction of 'SENSO Technology' into the longitudinal wire straightening system.
Senso" transfers the intelligence of a skilled operator into the machine, making VERSA LINE the first machine in the world capable of autonomously correcting and maintaining straightening quality without the need for continuous operator intervention.
SENSO detects the curvature of the wire being straightened and interacts with the machine's software to autonomously modify the position of the straightening wheels, behaving much like a skilled operator.
The result is amazing: the straightening quality is constant during production and the operator is free to do other things without having to constantly monitor the straightening process.
It is, therefore, possible to work at very high speeds because there is no need to use the underperforming rotors to achieve consistent straightening quality.
