Schnell's stirrup benders and bar shaping machines not only produce stirrups and other small parts, but they also produce shaped bars and pieces with bends at both ends using wires from Ø 4,2 to Ø 32 mm.
They are divided into two categories:
- Stirrup benders and shaping machines from bar;
- Stirrup benders and shaping machines from coil.

Electric servomotor
Always at the heart of our machines, the servomotor offers numerous advantages over traditional hydraulic systems, including:
- High productivity and working speed;
- Low noise: the machine does not generate any noise itself, as it is very quiet, the only noise being that generated by the wire processing;.
- low CO2 emissions (as it does not require oil to operate) and greater environmental sustainability.
Cutting and bending in one machine
The Schnell automatic stirrup bending and shaping machine integrates the cutting and bending stages, which are traditionally carried out on two separate machines, creating additional costs, logistical problems and more space in the factory.
This integration guarantees:

- Less handling;
- Significant reduction in operating costs and machine downtime;
- Less space is taken up in the factory.
Automatic motorised wire changer
Essential for increasing the productivity of Schnell's stirrup bender and bar shaping machine, it allows you to change from one diameter to another quickly and accurately, without stopping the machine.
Fully electronic straighteners
They guarantee the highest precision of the final product, ensuring that each bar, stirrup or shaped bar produced is within the required tolerances.
HS version
The HS version significantly increases the processing speed of the machine and thus increasing its productivity;
Even and Odd
The unique drive for the independent feeding of 1 or 2 wires enables the production of shaped bars in odd or even numbers;
3D version
The 3D version of Schnell's stirrup benders enables the simple and efficient manufacture of 3D products;
Integration with AIM pay-offs
The new "predictive" motorised "intelligent unwinding" pay-off allows the machine to work at maximum pulling speed; this important innovation ensures higher productivity (up to 15-20%), better straightening, less stress on the machine and less manpower;
Collecting trolleys for shaped bars
The collection and unloading of trolleys move on rails and allow the collection of shaped bars and the sorting of parts produced.
