T2-T3 OPTIMIZATION ROLLER CONVEYOR

These roller conveyors equipped with deviators, are the most widespread and effective solution for the optimization and subsequent handling of the cut bars.

OPTIMIZATION POCKET

Optimization pockets are the ideal solution for bar cutting optimization, especially in transversal or "very short" lay-outs.

CHAIN DRIVE FEEDER

Pre-stocking or chain drive feeders create an organized storage of already optimized bars in sequence, awaiting further processing.

GROUND BUFFER

The ground surface is used to create a large, organized and tracked storage area. The major advantage is that the bars - once stored on the ground - can be picked up automatically and started for further processing without ever using a crane.
"Caliper Organizer Cart" (COP) and Optiflow software are at the heart of this technology.
